The light is already there. It is the silent current moving through all of us, a spark from the same source, connecting everything that is.

We descended into the concrete depths of a metro station parking lot, down to level -2. A brutal, industrial space designed only for transit and noise. When you bring monumental art and sacred sound into a subterranean hub, its nature changes. It naturally becomes a sanctuary.

This was the defining moment of transition for the Urban Art Foundation, founded by Iasen Geshev and Kalina Gesheva. It was here, deep beneath the surface of the city, that the path became clear. We realized we were being called to work with light. It was sudden, quiet, and completely inevitable.

The seed spent five years maturing in its own time. Five years later, Studio EMPATIA was born—a natural, necessary unfolding of that same single spark.

A convergence of large canvases, raw architecture, and sacred sound. A reminder that no matter how deep the underground, the light cannot be crowded out.
